LATE ENTRY RULES

Monitoring of Competition entries and feedback from some Members has resulted in a re-appraisal of the Late Entry Rules by the Committee.

With effect from 1^st January 2006 the following amendments apply.

The Competition draw will be made at 19.00 on the Monday three weeks before the Competition. All entrants whose name is on the entry sheet and who are shown as having paid will be entered into the draw.

Late entries may be made by contacting the competitions committee. Late entry requests made after 19.00 on the Monday before the Competition takes place will not be accepted.

Members wishing to withdraw from a Competition are requested to do so at the earliest opportunity, again by telephoning the answerphone 01242 677065, to maximise the number of places available to late entrants.
